At SBNG, we know that not every brilliant business owner feels naturally comfortable stepping up to present in front of a room. And honestly? That’s exactly why we’ve created this new format — as a supportive opportunity for members to build confidence, strengthen visibility, and share a little more about the heart behind their business, without the pressure of delivering a full-length keynote presentation.
So at this meeting we’ll hear from three SBNG members, each speaking for around 10 minutes, giving us a short insight into who they are, how they help their clients, and the experience they bring to their industry.
For our very first Spotlight event, we’re excited to hear from:

Amanda Reynolds - bringing her own professional insights, experience, and perspective from her work and business journey.
Richard Melrose - drawing on more than 30 years in equipment finance and banking to share how businesses can access the right support and funding solutions to grow.
This new format is designed to feel relaxed, encouraging, and genuinely supportive — both for the presenters and for our members getting to know one another on a deeper level. Because sometimes confidence doesn’t begin with standing on a big stage ... sometimes it begins with simply taking one small step into visibility in a supportive environment.
