  Join us to hear from Catherine Lui as she presents a practical and informative session on addressing forward head posture - an increasingly common issue in our device-heavy lives. Originally from Hong Kong and now based in Australia, Catherine brings a unique perspective shaped by a 15-year career in banking and her transition into holistic health following her own experience of naturally healing chronic conditions.

  This presentation will explore how FHP contributes to neck discomfort and altered breathing, and will demonstrate simple stretching and self-massage techniques that can be easily incorporated into daily routines. The focus is on prevention, consistency, and listening to your body - practical strategies you can use yourself and share with others.
